What to Wear: Summer Sessions

One of my most frequently asked questions is "What do I wear?" Before I give any suggestions, my best piece of advice is to wear something that you feel comfortable in and that fits your style. And of course, when the temperature is hot like it is now, make sure to wear something cool. After that, my favorite piece of advice for a family session is to wear coordinating colors. Rather than having everyone in the family wear the exact same thing, I think it looks best when everyone coordinates. You don't match your outfits on a daily basis, so why do it for pictures? Wearing coordinating colors will make your photos look much more natural. I like to pick one outfit with several colors in a pattern and then plan around that. With that said, here are a few suggestions using a color palette.
