Ainsley: 1 Year Session

I don't think I am Miss Ainsley's favorite person right now. Of course my weekend in Memphis had nice warm weather until Ainsley's session. At the time of her session, it was windy and close to freezing. Any other time, I would reschedule, but since I was driving home to Nashville after our session, we had to go for it. Ainsley was NOT up for any outside photos. And really, who could blame her? Here are a few that we got outside...

Notice the granola bar in hand, we were using bribery. However, this is what she really looked like when we tried to get our outside pictures...

Luckily, Ainsley's mommy had lined up a great indoor location for her cake pictures, which is where we finished her session with much more cooperation.

The McDowell Family

I just love this family. We had such a great time at our session. I was laughing so hard, that I was worried every picture would turn out blurry. I photograph babies and toddlers so often, and it's a fun change to photograph teenagers. Many families don't have their pictures done at this age, but I think it's such a great time. You can really see how much these guys love each other and how much fun they have together.

The Willis Family

I got to meet up with another one of my newborns! Again, he's so much bigger and smiling. I fell absolutely in love with this little guy and tried talking is mommy into letting me take him home. It didn't work, but at least I get to edit his sweet pictures.

Jake: 3.5 Month Session

I don't even know where to start, because Jake is just the cutest thing ever. The last time I saw him, he was teeny tiny. Now, he's grown a ton and is playing on his tummy and smiling. I really think my friends from college have the cutest kids ever, and I am so lucky to photograph them!

Winter What to Wear

I know I've said it before, but I LOVE creating coordinating instead of matchy-matchy outfits for family sessions. And I get really excited when I have a family wearing coordinating outfits as well.
