Houston

I've been doing tons of one year old sessions lately, and last week I had two 2 year old sessions in a row. Houston's mommy discovered a new location for me, and I was so excited to see it. We found lots of great spots and had fun exploring. He was also the second session, in a row, with BOTH of my boys, and we all survived. I did drive away from the session with 2 screaming kids, but I caught some cute pics of Houston, so it was a success!

Eliza Grace

Eliza Grace just turned 2! We met on a beautiful morning just a few days from her big birthday party, and she was getting very excited. Her mom was so sweet and flexible for me since it was spring break, and I had both of my stinkers with me. Thank you, thank you, Emily!!!

The Slater Family

I have been so excited to share some pictures from this session. Not only did I have beautiful subjects, but we were on their amazing farm land and finally some flowers!!!

On a fashion not, everyone always asks me for ideas of clothing to wear. I love giving suggestions, but I think looking at other families helps give you ideas. I love the shades of green that these ladies chose. Especially right now when everyone is wanting spring photos, but the grass isn't green yet. I think it adds the perfect touch of color.

Easter Mini Sneak Peek: The Lake

After another busy day, I managed to take the boys to Shelby Farms to scope out the perfect lake, and I found it. If you have a session scheduled, I have emailed you directions. If you have not received an email, please let me know.

Friday is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait. If you have a Saturday session, I am hoping that the rain waits until late afternoon on Saturday. Keep checking the blog, and I'll keep you posted on any weather related changes.

Penelope

I've been so excited to meet this little one! Her mommy and I taught together and were some of the many pregnant teachers at my school last year. This is my first time meeting her because they moved when school was out. So I was thrilled when her mom contacted me to do pictures when they came in town for a visit. You can't tell in her pictures, but poor thing was not in a picture mood. They found out today that she is sick :( I hope you feel better soon, Penelope!
