The Lowry Family: 6 Month Session

Oh my! I just love the pictures from this session. I think it has a LOT to do with the smileyest (not sure that's a word) baby I quite possibly have ever photographed. Seriously, he was perfect and things couldn't have gone smoother. You would have never guessed that this session was right before his bedtime.

By the way, I'm having so much fun editing my sneak peeks with my new logo! I can't wait to get the new blog up and running!

The Nygren Family

I can't believe how much both boys have grown since our last session! This session reminds me a lot of how my life was exactly a year ago.

I love the way little brother is already grinning at big brother. Best friends in the making!

More Beach Pictures of My Family

We had a fantastic family vacation in Destin. It was a much needed getaway from all of the hectic details with our move. The Gillespie Family - Beach Session

I guess I'm doing what I love, when I edit another family's beach pictures before my own! I just couldn't wait to share these. Love the setting, love the colors, love the family... Thanks guys for trusting me enough to take these! I hope you love them as much as I do!

I couldn't wait to take this picture. I had been envisioning it all week as I watched Lawson chase birds along the beach. It was much more difficult than I thought it would be though, these kids are fast!

I'm home!

I'm home from our family vacation at the beach. We had a fabulous trip with much needed family time, especially with our big move just around the corner. I believe that I have caught up on all of my session emails, and I am now working on orders. If you have emailed me recently and haven't heard back, please email me again. I am doing my best to respond to everyone as quickly as I can.

I can't wait to post more pictures from our trip, but until then here's a teaser that my friend Andrea took of my family!

The Bogue Family

Rain rain, go away! I think the past few weeks of no rain had me spoiled, because I wasn't used to working around rain this weekend. This was my second session in a row where we were trying to beat the rain! The last time I met up with this family, I was in heaven with the sweet girly outfits. So you can only imagine how excited I was this time!

Big News

Well, I've been waiting to post this until I had the perfect pictures to go with it. My husband's company offered him a position in Nashville that we couldn't turn down, so we are moving. I am so happy for him and so excited for this new adventure for our little family. I will also have the opportunity to stay home this year and build my photography business in Nashville, which is a huge blessing for me!

I am really sad about leaving all of my fabulous clients in Memphis. The good news is that I will continue to come in town at least one weekend a month for photo sessions of my First Moments clients. If I have any openings when I am here, I will post them a few weeks in advance. I will still do my Fall and Christmas Mini-Sessions in Memphis, also. I have one planned for October and one for November, as soon as the dates are set, I will let everyone know.

Our move will not affect my August and September sessions. Since I won't return to teaching in August, I will be adding many sessions for August. Please contact me if you are interested in a session.

If you have any friends or family in Nashville, I would LOVE for you to share my info with them!
